This Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms under which Blue Brain Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Blue Brain," "we," "us," or "our") considers refund requests for services rendered. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.

General Refund Policy

All payments made to Blue Brain Technologies Pvt Ltd are generally non-refundable. This is because our services involve allocation of human resources, time, and expertise from the moment a project is initiated. Once work has commenced, those resources cannot be recovered.

Conditions Where Refunds May Be Considered

A refund request may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Blue Brain Technologies has failed to commence work within the agreed timeline and no prior communication was made regarding the delay
• A duplicate payment has been made by the client due to a technical or billing error
• The project has been cancelled by Blue Brain Technologies prior to commencement of any work
• A written agreement explicitly states specific refund conditions for the engagement

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Work has already commenced, including discovery, planning, design, or development phases
• The client has changed their requirements or decided not to proceed after work has started
• Delays caused by the client, including failure to provide content, approvals, or required materials
• Dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences after deliverables have been approved
• Services that have been fully delivered as per the agreed project scope
• Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client, such as hosting, domain registration, or software licenses

Milestone-Based Projects

For projects structured around milestones, each milestone payment is tied to the deliverables of that specific phase. Once a milestone is completed and accepted, the corresponding payment is non-refundable. If a client chooses to discontinue a project mid-way, only work not yet commenced may be considered for a partial refund, subject to review.

Advance Payments

Advance payments are collected to reserve our team's time and resources for your project. These payments are non-refundable once the project has been formally initiated. In cases where a project is cancelled before initiation, the advance may be partially refunded after deducting any administrative or preparatory costs incurred.

Requesting a Refund

To submit a refund request, please follow these steps:

• Send a written refund request to info@bluebraintech.com with your project details and reason for the request
• Our team will acknowledge your request within 3 business days
• A review of the project status, deliverables, and payments will be conducted
• A final decision will be communicated within 10 business days of acknowledgment

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method unless mutually agreed otherwise. Blue Brain Technologies is not responsible for any delays caused by banking institutions or payment gateways.

Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute regarding a refund, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mutual discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India, in accordance with the laws of India.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
